Um...er....don't know if i should even mention this but i live in CAlifornia and was able to DL and am playing now.

Cool - make sure you register your game on the launcher screen at teh start and your results will get reported and you'll be automatically entered in to the ranking system! 
As you're the first you should be able to get to top pretty fast!

hehe...i'm holding off on registering till i get the hang of things so i don't embarrass myself to badly 
Also, one thing that my fellow N. Americans might want to know...the U.S. charge for the game via Digital River is $40.00

Heh - it will accumulate stats even if you aren't registered, but won't show them until there is a username attached. Even if you lose a few battles, it will at least show your proud title on the leaderboard.
