Excuse me if my English isn't correct, but i have a problem with the game...
After the istallation, i have tried to acces to the menu, but the game doesn't start... I can only istall the game... i can't play...
pls help me

Please tell us the version of the game you have (Slitherine or Matrix), and your machine specifications (Operating System, CPU, RAM, video card).

One thing that might help is that some setups seem to have a problem with the first run of the game if the screen resolution is not 1024x768. Try setting your desktop to this resolution and running the game. You will be able to change it back once the game has run once.

I put the impostation on the screen but the game doesn't run..

ok.. i put the disc in the computer, and i istall the game.. after the istallation i click on the game for to start... but nothing happen.. something it opens a black window on the screen for 1 second, but after 1 seconds it closes by its self

Have you run any patches or mods and have you gotten the game working before or is this the first time you tried the game?

Can you also try running in windowed mode. You will need to edit the settings.txt file found in both My Documents/CEAW and My Documents/CEAW Fast Play

Try settting the WINDOW_MODE setting to 1 and save the settings.txt files then run the game again, it might be you have trouble going to full screen.

Heh - I just edited to add some new info, but you replied before I could enter it. First try this:

To get basic system information you want to right click on My Computer or Computer and choose Properties.

i don't know how.. but i check impostation of the game and i select small window and the game is started thank you

You might find that you can change the resolution to something larger and it might work in fullscreen, but at least you are up and running. Glad to help.
