Hello Players!
A short message to let you know that we are currently evolving how we deliver your Anniversary Coupons. To ensure we’re respecting your inbox space and providing a more seamless experience, we have paused the automatic emailing of anniversary coupons.
We’ve heard your feedback regarding email frequency, and we want to make sure that our communications are always valuable and never overwhelming.
What’s Next?
We are hard at work building a new Self-Service Rewards Portal on our website. Soon, you’ll be able to log in and claim your Anniversary discounts directly from your account dashboard—putting you in total control of when and how you use your rewards.
In the meantime, we appreciate your patience as we upgrade our systems to serve you better.

So I received my anniversary coupon for 21 years. It's for 25 percent off while in previous years it's been 50 percent off.

Is this a policy change or an error?

I just looked at my account and I see that I can manually retrieve it. How do I do that? There's no link. Also, this just showed up. I've been looking for this every day. My anniversary date is May 26. They used to be good for thirty days after issue. When will mine expire?
Thanks.

You can collect them via your My Page->My Anniversary Coupons.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the reply. That's exactly what I did. When I look at my account it says available in green. There is a coupon code on the far right. If I buy a game, do I just put that in? Is that what they mean by manually retrieve?
