I found a bug in MP game. Probably reported by someoneelse before. Where can I report it?

On a MP game, after finishing all my moves; I forgot to end my turn. Then I am disconnected. When I am connected again, the game started at the begining of my turn.

That is not a bug. If the turn is not ended or saved it won't load to the server, so when you come back it will reload the previous positions and restart the turn.

If you need to take a break half way through the turn you can Save it (which loads the current position to the server), but it doesn't do that automatically unless you End the turn.
