Failed to load turn correctly

I'm in a mirror Chaos Tourney match with ulysisgrunt, and one of the matches won't load. I was able to do the other side just fine, so I'm not sure what happened.

Please contact
support@slitherine.co.uk and they should be able to roll back the turn, assuming that is is corrupted. Sorry.

It's been a few days since I emailed tech support and I have not gotten any response yet. I have ticket #2026040710000627. I'm still having the same problem.
