what's the secret to get the range on your aircraft to get to the Hangars. etc on the Upper Left. even using the the Hero's with +5 speed doesn't seem to work? thanks.

This is part of 1940 Part 2 and anything that was accidently released is not playable.

Yeah that makes sense. In Panzer Corps 2 I also couldn’t reach those hangars even with speed heroes, so if it’s from an unreleased/unfinished build, that would explain the range issue.
