"Complete" emblem mod (based on Ike Historical emb

Hello
I did get Ike's "Historical emblems" but only large zoom emblems were in, so when zoomong out the vanilla emblems reappeared... I created small emblems by resizing and renaming the ones done in the mod, to have a "complete" set.
