I purchased Star Hammer: The Vanguard Prophecy from steam (I think). Game will not through steam at all. So I downloaded the install files from here and installed it that way. Now game starts but it doesn't accept the serial key. The proceed button is grayed out. It also says Restricted Access in red but I figured that was just for effect. Anyway, can someone help?

if you bought on steam, you have a steam key, if you bought from the site, you have a site key and a steam key, that's how it works,

so buy on steam, it only works on steam, buy the site version, you can install it on the standalone version and on steam, as you have both keys.
