What does the SaveCore span? Are they locked into the GC progression campaigns only?

SaveCore is for any linked campaign.
US Corps for example.
Or the mod MPCxx.

Thanks. Didn't see anything pop up for when I started Afrika Korps Campaign and was wondering.
