Hello everyone,
news from Glorantha: a small post-release update for RuneQuest: Warlords is now live.
Alongside a few minor fixes, this update brings an audio improvement to make the experience smoother and more immersive.

FULL CHANGELOG:
Gameplay & Balance:
• SFX Fix for volume decreases incorrectly based on camera zoom level and camera position
• M4: Defeating Chief Leiv via ability did not trigger the next objective
• M2: Minor mission flow fixes
• M17: Cutscene issues (VFX & animations)
• M17: Units not despawned after cutscene #3
• M15 / M16: Using incorrect portrait
• Stormwind Push: Enemy could be pushed into an occupied tile
• Ketil had duplicate Restore Health abilities

UI / UX & Presentation:
• Credits fixes and updates
Gamepad & Input Fixes:
• Gamepad: LT / RT buttons not working in Army Management & Cult Rune screens
• Gamepad: End Turn button did not show progress while holding
• Gamepad: Hotkey E incorrectly active for Army Management in Multiplayer
• Gamepad: Unable to create Multiplayer matches
• Gamepad-related dialog skipping issues

Overview
This update provides changes on controller support and allows for Steam Deck playability. The
following fixes have been updated to allow for smoother controller support:
Gamepad / Steam Deck Improvements and Fixes:
Login & Authorization
• Incorrect or missing gamepad hotkeys during registration/login.
• Users can interact with UI elements outside the active login/registration window.
• Missing selector for authentication method; some actions are triggered via undocumented
hotkeys.
UI & Navigation
• Missing or incorrect gamepad hotkey prompts (wrong button shown vs actual action).
• UI overlaps and incorrect controller icons in multiple screens (filters, camera focus, live mode).
• Inconsistent display of gamepad vs keyboard hotkeys.
Matchmaking & Multiplayer
• Gamepad input does not allow creating matches in Live/Async modes.
• Async matches always redirect to the first match, blocking “Continue” functionality.
• Incorrect hotkeys when joining Live matches.
• Gamepads navigation does not work in multiplayer match creation after closing AM tab.
• Asynchronous. Incorrect scroll in Games in Progress tab.
Gameplay Stability
• Gamepad users can spam match initialization, resulting in duplicate units spawning:
• Units can deal and receive damage.
• Duplicates disappear only after the original unit is killed.
Photo Mode
• Reported blocker where Photo Mode UI remains on screen after exit, overlapping battle UI.
