Slitherine

Greetings.
I am a long time fan of Slitherine and Matrix games and noticed there is an item I do not have when I start a new game in Distant Worlds 2 which lists DLC and expansions in the upper right hand corner.

This missing item is listed as Shadows Rising.

Where can I go to learn more about this DLC/Expansion?
