Unknown Error playing Tournament

Hi,

this is the first time I joined the tournament and it's proving quite difficult using the server. During the previous round everything went smooth, sometimes it would take a bit long to download or load the turns, but overall ok.

This round however, every game has taken long time and now none of the two mirror matches can be played. When I click to "continue" it tries to load for like 2-3 mins and then says something like "Unknown Server Error". Yesterday one of the matches worked after several tries, but the other one didn't. I tried both several times with no luck.

I'm not new to slitherine game tournaments, playing often FoG. I used to have difficulties a year or two ago when from time to time matches wouldn't upload; but it's been a while and Battlesector never had this issue before for me (in pvp matches never occurred).

Hi, happening again in my 3rd round... One of the games is the same error, the other mirror one lets me play it and when I click End Turn to send it it tells me "Error. Tyranid turn "or "Player A tun" and stops, can't do anything.

Are you using a VPN?
I had connection issues with my first tournament game until I switched off my VPN. I've never had issues with normal Battlesector async games and this was my first time joining a Battlesector, or any Slitherine, tournament.

Granted, I forgot to turn off my VPN for the third game and had no connection issues.

I played the first round normally, without any VPN. The second and third round had this error, regardless of my VPN being On or Off and even in different computers... so I think the problem is in the server side. I had issues for a long time with other Slitherine tournament (Field of Glory) where sometimes I had to use my VPN to be able to send my turns, but that was solved last year and never had any new issues.
