Request for manual EAC log review (possible false positive) – Account: BrutalDeath52

Hello,
I would like to request a manual review of my ban for Broken Arrow.
My Steam account: BrutalDeath52
Ban date: 24/08/2025.
At the time, an offline singleplayer-only tool had been installed on my system for testing the campaign. It was never used in multiplayer, but it may have left a residual memory hook detected by Easy Anti-Cheat at launch.
From discussions and technical analysis shared earlier this year, my situation appears to match the category of known false positives where:
• Residual client-side memory modifications were detected even without any attempt to alter multiplayer gameplay.
• GeForce Now and other cloud-platform players were banned despite having no ability to modify the game client.
• Desynchronization or packet irregularities were sometimes interpreted as suspicious behavior.
Since then, I have ensured that my system environment is completely clean and standard (no overlays, no memory tools, no third-party clients) and reinstalled both the game and Easy Anti-Cheat from scratch.
I am **not** requesting leniency or an automatic unban.
I am requesting a **manual verification of the EAC logs** from the multiplayer sessions associated with the ban.
I am confident that the logs will show standard and fair gameplay.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
