Help please, Red on Red

When enemy units become heavily suppressed their strength number turns red and becomes difficult to read against the red background of their strength plates as below, and I have to zoom right in to try to read them, and/or hold a magnifying glass up to the screen.
Is it something we just have to put up with, or is there a setting or mod or magic wand somewhere that i might have missed which solves the problem?

~~~Yeah-Spike!... i have the same "Gripe!"... it seems that some deficiencies such as this are caused from those entities who are "Brain-Dead!". They just can't see the "Obvious?". It's called... JUST... "Fix-The-Damned-Problem!!!"... why-not for instance use... "Yellow or White" to make the strenght-numbers "READIBLE???". "Any-Simpleton" can see that this is not a complicated FIX!.
In the bottom left of the screen u will see the strength of the uniut in a way that is not influenced by the suppression.
Just select it, works for ur own and enemy units.
Thanks guys, I'd already noticed the suppression readout at the bottom left of the screen (arrowed) but it's too small for me to comfortably read and I have the hassle of having to hold a magnifying glass up to the screen.
I've dabbled with various monitor and game reso settings to try to make the text bigger (including all the other text round the edges of the screen) with no success, so if anybody's got any ideas let me know..:)
Agreed, it happens in other wargames too because the devs and software houses are falling over themselves to add new features and updates and DLC's etc to their games instead of fixing the basic simple issues first, grrr...
As regards the plate colours, the suppression colours for the numbers are as in the screenshots below--
White for no suppression,
Yellow for light suppresion,
Orange for medium suppression,
Red for up-shit-creek severe suppression-
My suggestion would therefore be for the devs to throw out the red numbers and only use white/yellow/orange numbers.
The red numbers are impossible to read anyway, so they might as well be got rid of.. :D
The smoke from the wreck somewhat obscured the visibility :
