no idea but sprites look nice, map tiles maybe a little too plain for some taste, but overall looks good

It's the good old Strategic Command War in Europe I have completly adapted (graphs, sounds, detailled parameters, localization, etc) for ancient battles (and a napolenic battles adaptation will follow) : I used some tips in the editor to obtain a complete adaptation of the game, and AI works fine, it makes a really good opponent in battles.

There will be a set of units in "view on top" (see posted images) and a set of 3D units (for these 3D units, in current work, I will use graphs units of Age of Empire I extracted with a specific tool). For Napoleonic adaptation, I will perhaps use graphs of old Battleground games (NIR and PTW, see posted image above)

Now, 3D sprites have this look (player will have choice between these 3D sprites or "view on top" sprites

2 sides have now 3D units (in addition of the "on top view" sprites), each with his own color. The name of the mod could perhaps be Glory of fields.

Evidently, no any relation with another game about ancient battle ; it was a famous and loved game but I do not remember his name, I will search

The goal of the project is to recreate a sort of Field of Glory 1 (old version)
Flank and rear attacks during battles will be taken in mind with a little tip

A napoleonic battles version and a civil war battles version will be made later

I look forward playing your mods for Napoleonic era end Civil War period, this ancient battles mod looks fantastic.

Concerning the Ancient battle mod : at this time, I wait before to adust parameters, depending of observations/critics of eventual users of the first generic battle about actual parameters. But later, other ancient battles will be made with the mod.
