Battle Academy 2 Locks up Computer When Launched

No problem using Battle Academy 1 on same computer. No problem using Battle Academy 2 on other computers. Intel i7 with 32 GB RAM. Please advise.

install and run as admin to setup file permissions with any no game friendly firewalls or anti virus programs running from default
