Broken Arrow returns the means of deception

Hello! I bought the Broken Arrow game to play in the PvE Skirmish mode. The game's trailer on Steam talks about the campaign, then about the Skirmish mode and 5v5 multiplayer.
You can't save the game in the campaign. The Skirmish mode that I expected to see does not exist. It doesn't work the way it does in other games. The developers do not respond to requests to improve the Skirmish mode. There are many topics about this mode on Steam in the Discussions group, but the developers ignore them.
When I found out that the Skirmish mode was a hoax, I had already completed the campaign and spent more than 10 hours. Due to the lack of a save feature that should have been on the release, I was unable to refund the money on Steam. I've spent so much time on the campaign, and now I can't get the money back. I'm sure that the save function was specifically cut out so that people would spend more time in the campaign and would not be able to return the money.
How do I get my money back?
