If any other entrants register before 24:00 UCT on 31st August we shall attempt to form two new teams but creation onf new teams is dependant upon their being two.

Those not yet placed (6) and any new entrants are warmly invited to join the reserve pool ready to step in if any existing team players have to stand down for one or more rounds.

The name of our team is not correct, it is DESPERTA, FERRO!

As a curiosity, it was the battle cry of the almogavars before starting the battle.

Their battle cry was “Aur, aur... Desperta ferro” (“Listen, listen... Awaken, iron”), as they struck the tips of their bladed weapons against the ground, sending sparks flying against the stones.

If you also change the logo of the team to this one would be great:

I did note that the viewing total of the four teams was the same for each appearance.
