While I was trying to find out why the other players were so good in my MP game I saw this

How do they have 56 TA ... I am envious.

This is only in the capital?
It might be a building that gives its modifier not at the regional level but at the national one, perhaps a bug.

His capital and one other has 60 now, all the others are 56.
Also one of the Indian states have a lot

I would make a guess and say its something with the new trade that does not get reset, ill start a new game as Volga.

Played nearly 100 turns and nothing happens.
Did you fix anything last patch that might have fixed it?

Well its over 60 now ... hoping for your debug mode as developer or download the state.

I'll check something upon my return from lazy time. It can be tested in SP too, a cumulation of the modifier provided by Great Trades.
