How does the scoreboard work? How are points counted in games?

I finished the round and my score is 0, it must be a serious bug with it.

In previous tournaments we would get points for keeping Victory Hexes each turn and for killing enemy units.

Early tournaments would punish players for winning the round early, as they did not get the remaining of the VH points, however this was fixed later I think even an extra bonus was added. But this round, all seems bugged.
