Since the latest update, the settings for the message log and the on-map notifications keep resetting every turn. You can see it happening in the clip below as soon as I press the end turn button.

I'll submit the save through the ingame bug reporter tomorrow.

This does not seem the right video, as I see you clicking on various regions, not showing the current message settings, then clicking on end turn and that's it.
But I'll check the uploaded file and get back to you. You can also post them as wetransfer (3 days validity so very short) or with a drive link.

I confirm that all settings disappear systematically in your game, I'll trace what's going on, thanks for the report!

Video is not the best representation, but I doubt you can identify the cause anyway without a savefile. So you can see by looking at notifications on the map itself how they change between the turns. The bug is interesting in a sense that ALL categories get highlighted and reset to view Neutral messages. Before turn resolution phase Message was obviously set to one Category SELF. Im being pedantic to rack up my message count

Well I can see the reports reset also, as if the fix to the MP messages messed up ...

It was an issue specific to nations impersonating others (e.g., Italo-Normans forming the Kingdom of Sicily).

Kind of. If you into Change Faction as me you know these nations by heart. Always irked me in the earlier patches that I can't switch to Thracia once Byzantine loses the capital.

Really hope this bug is fixed as those random notifications on map makes it impossible to find stuff before resetting, but doing that every turn is a chore.
Also the windows reposition ... every turn.
