How do you scroll the map with edge scrolling turned off? I find edge scrolling annoying. With all of the controls arranged around the edges of the screen, I'm constantly scrolling the map when I'm trying to click on one of them. I found the setting to turn off edge scrolling, but then what do I do? The arrow keys don't do it. Dragging the map with the mouse doesn't do it. The manual doesn't say anything about scrolling the map--or, indeed, anything about using the settings menu at all.

I asked this question two months ago. There is no reply. Hello? Is anyone reading this forum?
