Multiplayer Game Breaking Bug Requires IMMEDIATE Attention

What happened: Multiplayer Standard Match via quick match search. Once I got to the map planning page, I noticed there were no capture points that I could even see. I figured it would go away once we got into the deployment phase.
It didn't. I couldn't see ANY CAPTURE POINTS. More importantly, I COULDN'T DEPLOY ANY UNITS to even assist. It was like I was a spectator. I couldn't help or do anything. I tried to quit and rejoin, to no avail. It also made me double chat once I rejoined. I also couldn't see spawn points, the point counter up top, or anything that you can't see in my screenshots.
This is absolutely unacceptable. This was literally an unplayable match, and now it'll forever be on my record as a quit game because the only thing I could do here was quit and give my spawn income to my teammates to help their chances obviously.
