I just "Beat-The-Intestinal-Dung" out of the British in "SEALOWEE"... What i get is that this is now NEWS of a "Bitter-Sweet-Moment" to accept that i have "Failed"... And that now I am asked to retreat back to Europe while diverting or distracting British attentions to the "Evacuation-Plan" and to forgo the continued conquest of Britain with the limited "Diversionary- Assault" on LONDON!.~~~ So!... Why-Not Instead!!!... Have an Alternative (Ahistorical) Result Vector on this Major-Victory-Achievement?.

So!... Why-Not Instead... have Winston Churchill realize that the Invasion of this Island Nation was more decisive than had been anticipated for... and that now... continued reactive-resistance would now be... instead a hopeless futility... and to then also issue a "Directive to the Armed-Forces for an Immediate Cessation of Hostilities".

What this would then mean is... that now... a more immediate "Invasion of Russia" could then now take place...with the added benefit that approximately30% or more forces could then be directed to be attached to the main invasion effort!. :Moscau: could now be assaulted in Summer-Conditions instead of a "Sub-Zero-Freezing-Winter". You could also get the benefit or satisfaction of hanging "Stalin' upside-down off of a "Flag-Pole" in "Red-Square!"... as a Bonus!-Victory-Condition!.

If then, the Soviet-Union is subjugated... then plans for the "Invasion of America" could be put into immediate action as a fully planned comprehensive Operation.

I think I have already said this several times, but what the devs did with sealion is by far the best solution they came up with, dealing with non historical stuff. And the modder already fixed the issue with the lost fleet, you do not lose

To your idea: there already is too much non historical stuff. Most of this does not make sense, or just feels strange. Imo it would require a lot of work, even more than the original game developer invested in it, to create a new campaign.
I would prefer an optimised AO series with good solutions for the game breaking mechanics, like too much prestige, heroes and all the other lategame stuff.

This. I have no issue with someone attempting to do a super fictional mod, that could be fun in its own right, but official expansions, especially longer ones, should focus on actual events. Maybe throw in a bonus at the end of a series to change the fate a bit, yet AO1946 happened once and it does not need to be a standard way to finish or branch off DLC, nor it should be. Things like that work only when applied in moderation.
