What I want is them already in a plane .. I know how to place a unit of regular infantry and assign a truck .. so when the scenario starts the unit has a truck.. so how does one place a para unit and then have it in a plane ....

so that when the scenario starts the para unit is in a plane flying .. Thanks in Advance ...

From the scenrio editor manual:

Spawned Transport: In some situations, units with transport cannot be placed directly
on the map. Specifically, paratroop units in flight must be created with a Spawn Unit
trigger by assigning an air transport unit to the paratrooper unit. Similarly, troops on
board trains need to be spawned (see 2d. Triggers).

Spawn them on turn one, event start of turn.

If you have trouble, see as an example the 1SSF Airborne trigger from my Operation Dragoon scenario that you can download from the opening page when you open OoB.
