This might be the worlds shortest lived AAR mind you as I haven't tried suicidal since the original beta.

So you decided to post on Empires subforum. Anyway, try to keep track on how many events you have from buildings, random source, spreading type of events (diseases, religion mainly), rebellions, characters loyalty dropping or increasing via events, Nation Decisions. Its way too few in my opinion, so baseline good structures and core mechanics always outspeed those buildings like 10 fold.

And the next thing is when you go to wars post armies you will be clashing with. I predict that max Combat Power you'll see from a single stack is about 450 with default AI settings. I can post my MapAI file that rectifies this issue, but makes turn processing about 2 times longer. But if you play against AI it well worth it IMO.

I didn't find a Kingdoms AAR last I looked ...

Requesting a new subforum!

I was going to suggest having a common one with empires, but you were too fast.
Now I would need a mod to move it to the new forum ...
