Civil War 2 - Game won't start from launch screen

I purchased this on Steam at start of 2025 but have been unable to get it to launch at all.
The first screen comes up - I can hear the click on the Play Civil War 2 but nothing happens. When I click on the Manual below that launches ok. Any help?
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics (16 CPUs), ~3.8GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 15620MB RAM
Page File: 18824MB used, 12666MB available
Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
I tried to attach the DirectX file but says .txt and Word is invalid formats?
