Army customization not working

As I’m almost ready to release the second version of the 'Age of Reason' mod, I noticed that when setting up skirmish battles on 'very large', there is no possibility to customize the armies, since all units are automatically pre-assigned (which doesn’t happen with other battle sizes).
This is strange because, when setting up the various armies in the armylist.txt file, I used minimum and maximum unit numbers similar to those found, for example, in the same file for the 'Le Roi Soleil' campaign, and the unit costs are essentially the same.
Does anyone have any suggestions to solve the problem?
