error when trying to enter multiplayer

Dear Sirs, I've been playing Panzer Corps for over 5 years, always with the same username, password, and email address. For the past 3 days, whenever I try to enter multiplayer (I have the username and password memorized), I get the following error: "USER HAVEN'T LOGGED IN," and it won't let me in. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it? I've started two games with other players, and I can't continue them. Thank you for any help you can give me.
