multiplayer game pictures missing

hello,
i started a new multiplayer game (1941Balancedv4) but unfortunately there are some pictures missing of units. not only on the map, also when i want to purchase units, e.g. "EL Panzer IVF" or "Fi 156 Storch"...
i think these are custom units.
when i want to buy or move such units, the game crashes
can anyone help, how to solve this problem?
btw: i play via steam...
