Will this resolve the current issues of being able to log on but no list of games displayed? My OOB games list is not shown and I just get the spinning Rising Sun image.

Yeah this started the 23rd I think, so a good three or four days before the official start of things being taken offline.

Try clearing your cache or using a different browser. Or try contacting our support at support@slitherine.co.uk and we might be able to help.

That's a good thought but it's not just me so clearing my cache hasn't helped the others (nor me as it happens) - Many have the issue https://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewto ... 1#p1050491

It also occurs to me that I'm using the Order Of Battle multiplayer game portal to access games so how does that interact with my web browser? I don't use a web browser to see my list of in flight games.

And lastly, having seen the issue here, and knowing it's raised on the OOB forum, would you not take it up? Why does it have to be an email to support? With a rank of 'Slitherine' one assumes you are affiliated. I appreciate you are teh publisher and not the developer but take ownership and improve my customer experience . After all, I purchased the game from Slitherine, not the developers.

Going via support means you get a trackable ticket which you can follow and makes sure your issue doesn't get forgotten and/or lost.

Lots of tickets about the same issue from different people, means more resources dedicated to resolving it .

Yeah it's really not just two people. It's all of us Order of Battle players. I know of 4 more people. It's sth with the servers and it started a few days ago.

I opened my ticket too..I suggest to all other players with ongoing scenarios like me to email them about this...

Ticket or not, multiplayer for Order of Battle is still down. Sadness. Rather than asking who else has the problem, I'll ask if there's anybody out there who doesn't have it?

Now multiplayer OoB is working

FoG Empires MP not working right also. I am in a 3 player match...all of us pulled a turn. We chatted in our Discord to confirm. It says 1 player remaining. Whats odd is the PBEM server is working for a Matrix Strategic Command MP I have going.
Guess I better contact support also........

I am not able to get into PBEM for Panzer Corps from my ipad.

HI there. April 4th - I've not been able to access multiplayer version on Battle Academy 2 now for two days. Should I be able to, or is there still some down time to go?

Nope. Reset your Legacy password and use this one to login in Panzer Corps:

Hi there, that's what happened to me; I contacted Slitherine support directly to let them know and they reset my password to fix things.
