PC2 crashes when loading end_of_004AODLC1941East file

Hi
I've finished the 1941 DLC but Panzer Corps 2 crashes whenever I want to move to 1942 DLC, from the end turn of the last 1941 scenario or through the menu New Campaign.
I have only one MOD activated: Panzer Corps 2 Balance Overhual. I have all DLCs.
Here is the crash report:
I already tried to delete all my cache files and reboot, verify installation files, everything seems to be OK.
Maybe an unit issue? Just like the 5 stars armoured train bug? Thanks for your help guys!
