SOE Madrid question

playing the SOE SCW redux and the next battle is Madrid. I'm loaded with CP's and decent Prestige. If I use runany victory for Madrid, do I miss any special Heroes or Weapons to carry forward? thanks. what a Campaign!!!

Are we talking Madrid ground or Madrid air?
Madrid Ground has a cache for I-16 and I-16 Type 10 fighters.
Madrid Air has new bomber choices.
