Slitherine

I am trying to process my purchase.
After I enter my credit card information on the Slitherine site and press SUBMIT ORDER, it just stays on PROCESSING, and nothing happens.
I've tried it three times.

Have you tried using another browser, and see if the issue persists?

Your best bet is to contact support@slitherine.co.uk and they can help you work out what is causing the problem.

I did. They are having a problem with the security code with American Express.

Just a head's up for anyone else, this is still happening with Paypal payments (at least). If you try again then you can end up with multiple authorisations for multiple payments but the order may not complete even once.

Paulo at support is aware of it, and thinks it's an issue with Slitherine's payment provider, but until it's sorted out you end up with the money for every authorisation being 'reserved' from your bank account without any transaction having been completed.

Unreal. When will the fix this?
