BJR Mod: What Version Current?

Just wondered:

I see BJR version 1.12 ( i think this is the one i downloaded a while back), ver. 1.05, ver. 1.06, ver. 2.0.....which one is current? Seems you are working on 2.0? Ideas on when it may be released? Sorry if I missed these details somewhere, been mostly in FoG land lately.


well...found the one thread about 2.0...into alpha testing or such...saw the list of changes/additions/etc...cool....am looking forward to it

We've only released two versions.

The first release, which is compatible with CEaW 1.12 gold and which we're now calling BJRModVer1.00.

The second, which is also compatible with CEaW 1.12 gold and which we're calling BJR ModVer1.05.

We are working on BJRModVer2.00 (which integrates all house rules into the game engine, includes extensive map changes and includes significant updates) is now is alpha testing and hopefully will be ready for release in general in October.

In October? Can we, at least, enjoy a beta 2.00 BJR mod download before October?

It could be as early as September if all goes well during beta testing; which means, we don't uncover any major breaks or game balance issues that require fixes and additional round(s) of testing. Additional beta testers are always welcomed; but with the understanding that the beta version stays within the test and development teams until we all come to agreement that BJRModVer2.00 is ready for release to the community in general.
