It already is - try to check for updates in GOG Galaxy client to force an update manually if it did not trigger.

How would i go about this if i only have downloaded the manual setup files? I got all the installer parts, dlcs and edition upgrades as files. I've seen that there is a installer for the recent free update on the slitherine website under the download section on the panzer corps 2 page. Can i combine this with my gog setup files?

I don't want to use gog galaxy for the case i want to run an offline setup in the future. Thanks for your help!

Grüße

Also under changelog for PzC2 on GOG it shows last update is from 2020

The changelog has not been up to date for a while, no point looking at it.

I checked the webpage and I'm afraid there is no separate patch file, the entire installer seems to be updated to 1.13.01. This probably explains why people here on forums mentioned the update took quite a long while. See the screen below for reference.

Okay now i understand. Do you know by any chance if i have to re-download all files from GOG? Or only the 3 Installer files?

Another question if you dont mind:
What's up with the "Patch (1.01.14 to 1.01.15)"-file? When i run an offline installation, do i need to run that patch file too? Because the current setup is already way fresher than what that patcher will try to patch correct? No need for it if i'm not mistaken.

Thanks for your time and help!

Grüße

I think just the 3 main installers, but as I use Galaxy, I'm not 100% sure on that, you'll have to test it out yourself I'm afraid. Hopefully the installation wizard will recognize that you have it all already set-up and just run the update.

"Patch (1.01.14 to 1.01.15)" seems to be indeed outdated as the installer is on the higher version.

Thanks. I just wanted to be sure so i created another folder on my drive for the latest version and re-downloaded everything. I'll be getting some mdiscs and preserve the game for my future self. It's the only game i play.

Have a good day!

Grüße

Per GOG installs/updates, if it does not say Patch, then yes...you need all the top files above the patches.
Not a fan of GOG Galaxy, either, as I like my downloaded files to store...just in case. :)
Though I am a GOG fan; per the Slitherine/Matrix games, I purchase from them & then get my free Steam Key.
