How to became HRE emperor?

Hello
I am playing as Bohemia (member of HRE).
How can I dethrone current HRE Empereur, and became a new one?

Not sure if I am correct or not but I had thought I had read before that you had to have more authority than the emperor to take the title. I might be wrong on this I know the question as asked months ago and I can't say that my addled brain correctly remembers things.

Authority, od Legacy?
Alternatively, what is another way to dismantle the HRE? Declaring war to take back all their provinces?

I think you need the largest auth in the Empire, 15.2.

In HRE Panel (this new one) I have got largest authority, but still I am not an Emperor.

I killed him, but not became an Eperor.
But I am Prince-Elector. Maybe after nex Emperor will be died? We will see.
I think, that is not well written in the manual.

There is some limitation in the engine here, and it means you NEED to take Wien to be the Emperor, among other things!

What are the other requirements to become an emperor?
Isn't it better to describe this in detail in the instructions? Or Is this a deliberate surprise?

No surprise desired; it's stated on the national panel, where it specifies that you must own Wien as well as 25 regions to become Emperor.

Yeah, thats right. There is a much more to learn abouts this game as I see.
BTW after buying Wien from former HRE I became an Emperor, so its works.
