Posting Screenshot Question

Hi just was wondering if there is a minimum amount of posts over here in the Slitherine Forums that I need to post before I am allowed to post screenshots. I have had been posting screenshots for years over on the Matrix forums for AARs or highlighting a question about a game mechanic.
Edit seems I can attach here in the General sub-forum. Edit seems I cannot here yet-no problem on Matrix with same image png file size.
I will see if I can in the Field of Glory-Empires Forum...

Can I post images?
Yes, images can be shown in your posts. If the administrator has allowed attachments, you may be able to upload the image to the board. Otherwise, you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.example.com/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor images stored behind authentication mechanisms, e.g. hotmail or yahoo mailboxes, password protected sites, etc. To display the image use the BBCode [img] tag.

Ok thanks zakblood.
It's different on the Matrix site e.g. I can directly post an image from my desktop to a forum there.
Thanks for the link. I will experiment with it.

edit: I got a test image to post on the Field of Glory-Empires sub-forum. I since deleted it as it was a test.
Again thanks Zak.
