Do New Scenarios Still Disable Achievements if you Ported your Previous Cheated Scenario units?

Like the subject says. I know that cheating disables achievement, but if I cheated from Scenario 40 with the leader traits, finished that entire scenario, and then started the 41 Scenario without trying to cheat anymore but I'll be porting my 40' core with it, would that still disable my achievements for the 41 scenario since I ported the cheated 40 core?
