where do I get the vkgetphysicaldeviceMemoryProperties2 file?

I have a problem like many others, but I can't find a solution. I need a file to start a game that I don't get when I download it, but that the game needs to start. My friends can play without any problems but suddenly I can't anymore. All other games work except Warhammer 40k Gladius.
