Apparently I own Broken Arrow and cant apply to anything?

If I go to the Broken Arrow Store page: the current Status is displayed as "Owned".
I am pretty sure in remembering to have applied to the beta early this year, but apparently I didnt make the cut.
Edit: I have been a member of the Multiplayer Beta
Could someone tell me what this means now?
