[Change-Request][Draw an accurate Japanese occupation zone including Shantou on campaign map][New]

Before loading the Changsha scenario of the Morning Sun campaign, the player could see that the Shantou region is under Chinese control. However, this is unhistorical.
Shantou was captured by the Japanese on June 21st, 1939; while the Changsha scenario began on 1939.9.15. Thus, Shantou should be in Japanese held territory by the start of the Changsha scenario. In the map above, I have outlined the Japanese occupation zone around Shantou according to the extent of the territory the Japanese controlled in the Guangdong scenario.
If this extent is historically accurate, then my outline is mostly historically accurate. I request a Japanese occupation zone including Shantou be drawn accurately on the campaign map at the start of the Morning Sun campaign's Changsha scenario.
