Steve has had quite a bit to say on the BFC forums and it's been amazing.

Having more people and resources means CM3 is much closer than it was. Which is interesting considering Steve owns up to already playing CM3 on his computer, so the future is brighter than ever.

Why is the promotion exclusive on Steam ?

What is the future of Battlefront Combat Mission eLicenses under Slitherine?

Would I be correct in thinking that the GOG Combat Mission Battle for Normandy - Commonwealth Forces will not work for the direct download from Slitherine.

I've just bought Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy - Battle Pack 2, but can't download it:

"The page you are trying to reach is currently unavailable. This may be due to a scheduled maintenance, please try again later."

And I would like to buy Combat Mission Downfall, which is € 14,- on Steam, but € 33.99 on Slitherine...

Please advise.

Should bugs be reported here? I am told that BF 'Helpdesk' does not respond to bugs. It seems that Bugs are to be 'reported' in the BF forum. But they don't get responded to by actual employees but gamers. Obviously, gamers can not correct software issues. And, given the topics about Ukraine, it seems the main person at BF posts and reads there mostly.

No, he just handles issues dealing with loading games and such. And he has directed bug questions towards other companies if you buy from them.

I agree. I think an announcement of future releases and other plans concerning Combat Mission would do a lot to convince the CM community that the games are in good hands.

TBH, I would never buy their company. CM3 will be out in 7 years. maybe. It would be interesting to know if ALL new product is managed by BF. BF started trying to be a Big Time game god. CM is the only real product
