Unable to launch multiplayer game

While trying to launch a multiplayer game I'm prevented from entering the challenge by this message:
MISSING_IDS_LOGIN_ERROR-10
In fact it's years that I don't play a multiplayer game but the Login Name and the Password inserted should be correct.
Could you please give me an help?

I don't know what LOGIN ERROR 10 is. (That MISSING message just means that there is no string for it in the game, which must mean it is something unusual)

Thanks Richard!
I have been asked: "Can we get an ip address and datetime (with timezone) to check the server logs?"
If you don't want to post in forum, send me a PM

Hi Richard,
today, trying again to launch a challenge, I was able to solve the problem.
In fact, it was my firewall that forbid the transimission of my address to Slitherine.
Now I've set the related exceptions to the rules of my anti-malware software and everything's ok!
Many thanks for your help!
