Can they charge me?

Towards the end of a game, I often find myself wondering if an enemy unit can charge me, or are they too far away? I thought I would create a short video that asks these questions and answers them. Apart from a free 45 degree turn, is there any extra movement you get when charging? Could the attached powerpoint presentation be checked for inaccurate statements, or at least what is the answer to the questions therein? I didn't find out the answers to these questions as I won the game before the enemy could move.

Is it FoG quiz time?
1: No
2: No
3: Evade. Escape depends on if there are other targets that the light jav horse may redirect to. If not, it's a likely but not 100% guaranteed catch.
4A: Default pathing is from clear. If that position is start of turn you should be able to move into the stream tile to front and then charge if you desired.
4B: Blocked by covering Primary ZoC

Light Horse Moves slides mention 'Enemy units have to be in one of these squares to be able to charge them' which is basically true, except they of course must also be within the charge arc

One thing worth mentioning would be the use of a unit to block the direct front of a unit to straighten it out, saving the free turn for a maneuverable unit or allowing an unmaneuverable unit to keep its facing.

Thanks! Yes, it's quiz time, I thought that might be fun! Yeah, I expect the evade result, but will the light cavalry catch the evaders? Will that have any result - too often I've seen that happen and the light foot gets away with it.

Can you explain your last comment, please, I'm not sure what you mean, I'd like to include that and illustrate it.

Magic!!!! Thankyou, that's really going to screw me up trying to implement that without making a mistake.
