Plasma Bug fednet page is currently bugged?

As per title (although this could be an injoke, given the famously reliable military intelligence of the federation?)
This bug is easily replicable. In essence opening a random unit info page and then opening the plasma bug info page will give the former unit statistics to the plasma bug.
For example, if I where to open the fleet officer info page and then open the plasma bug info page, fednet will tell me that the plasma bug is a paltry creature, with 1 meager star in both health and damage, and with only 3 stars in range.
