After the roads are upgraded, what benefits do you receive when you use it again? Is there a number of times after which you don't gain enough vs. the cost?

If you critically need the infra, it is always worth it, but I don't know if it upgrades after level 2 roads, there exist a level 3 road so it might spawn? haven't had enough for that to be a problem despite having it on max priority for many games.

Thanks. I've used it multiple times on a region and never received a level 3 road. I think I'll quit using it after I get the Regional Road.

I mostly uses it to kick start underdeveloped regions and then to make road networks.

The third level was buggy but it should be fixed in 1.03 Beta.

It's interesting to create axis of communications in difficult terrain, you want regions to cost 2 when possible.
