Can this game be played offline? My internet goes down A LOT, and when it does and I try to play it, I get an error message saying "sorry the server is not available". Why do I have to have internet access to play this game. Can I get around that?

No, I'm playing on a PC. I could understand why playing through Steam I would need internet access, but I would think that playing on a PC would be standalone play off of a game installed on the PC. Thanks

I'll investigate - we certainly don't want you to need to be online for single player play.

You should get an automated response within 24 hours. If this didn't happen I will point them to this thread.

Hi there - just to update, this is still being discussed - an enquiry went out to the dev team about potential issue....

To this date, I have still not received a response as to why I can't play offline. All I've been told is that "it's being looked into"

I hope you got an answer. The game is nice, probably normal to play offline. Some bugs and issues but I had 40 hours of joy until now. Hope you get a clear response.
