Hello,

I've been trying to reinstall battle academy on an old iPad running IOS 10, and want to reinstall the campaigns I bought for both this and eastern front. When I do so currently, it asks me to wait for an extremely long time. I'd like to know if this is expected.

I'm not sure of the process at this point. You would need to reach out to Apple for support I'm afraid.
