No More Basque Isolation modifier for old games

If you started playing a game before the fix for the Erroneous Basque Isolation modifier appearing here and there, you can unzip and drop this file into \Scenarios\1054_GrandCampaign\DATA\SCRIPTS and run one turn (you can set the original file aside, as it will need to be restored). This will delete all the relevant modifiers.
Once the turn has run, delete the file and replace it with the original file (either the one set aside, or this one if you deleted it):
